Custom-design floor type screw fastening robot with DUAL feeder and screwdriver systems
Custom-design the floor type machine with steel frame according to customer product requirements. It is convenient to move the machine around, adjustable different specifications of the products at any time, alternating double Y design assignments, maximize productivity.
Automatic screw machine is composed of an automatic screw feeding system and a five-dimensional automatic manipulator. It has the detection of screw slip, no screw, floating lock, etc. Screw fastening robot can complete the workload of 3-6 people at the same time with fully automatic cooperation, and only needs one person to operate, which greatly improves the production efficiency, screw driving robot is high universa, only needs to change the fixture to adjust the program.
